Kamohelo (“Kamo”) is a portfolio associate at Launch Africa based out of Johannesburg. Prior to joining the Launch Africa  team, Kamo gained experience as a Growth Equity, Corporate finance and  Impact investing professional having worked for Hlayisani Capital (Growth Equity Fund, ~R350M AUM), Valeo Capital and WIBC (Developmental fund ~R100M AUM). Prior to his investment career he founded a patented consumer electronic business.

Kamo is involved in post investment support, portfolio management and reporting. Outside of Work Kamo is an ultra marathon runner and bibliophile.
