Based in London, Florence is Head of Platform and Operations. Her main focuses are adding value beyond capital to our founders and increasing internal efficiency enabling Launch Africa to scale. 

Florence is an accredited Executive Coach and Civil & Commercial Mediator. Prior to Launch Africa, she founded and ran a bespoke consultancy working with businesses to solve problems by optimising their existing teams, previous clients including HSBC and Apple.
