Lounges.TV solves a monetization problem that hits African creators hardest. YouTube and TikTok pay African creators 10 to 20x less per view than their Western counterparts, despite Nigeria being the world's top creator country on TikTok by volume.
Lounges.TV's 80/20 revenue split and 24-hour payouts, paired with Africa's mobile money infrastructure, remove the two biggest barriers creators here have faced: unfair pay and no practical way to receive it. Backed by Simon Cowell and a proven UK creator base of 30,000+, we saw a platform ready to bring that model to Africa's 560M+ creators, and secured exclusive distribution rights across the continent to do it.
