 Hire with Proof, Not Promises

What they do:

Growwr helps businesses verify skills, hire the right talent, manage teams, track performance, and make secure payments from one platform. We screen professionals based on their skills and work experience, helping companies make better hiring decisions while reducing bias and guesswork. Businesses can also manage projects, monitor work, and pay talent securely across borders.

For professionals, Growwr provides the tools needed to build credibility, showcase verified skills and work history, access work opportunities, send invoices, receive secure payments, and grow their careers. Our goal is to make hiring and working together easier, safer, and more transparent for everyone.

Why we Invested:

African talent has long faced a trust gap in the global job market, not a skills gap. Immigration restrictions in the US and UK are pushing companies to hire remotely at exactly the moment Africa's digital workforce is projected to grow 130% by 2030, the fastest-growing talent pool in the world. Existing platforms solve pieces of this problem, but none combine AI-verified vetting, project management, and compliant cross-border payouts into a single workflow the way Growwr does.

The results speak for themselves: roles filled in under two hours against a 40-plus day industry average, and millions in cross-border payouts already processed to talent across 180+ countries. We saw two founders who had lived the problem firsthand, building with real capital discipline, and backed them to build the trust layer African talent has been missin
